Every eye shadow should be finished with the right eye liner, color is important. You can match it with the eye shadow your wearing of use the suggested color to match your eye color. The suggested colors go as followed blue eyes wear brown, green eyes wear purple, brown eyes are lucky and can wear almost anything.But the most important factor of eye liner, in my opinion, is the shape you choose to use. If you have big eyes you can use almost any shape, experiment and pick one that looks best on you. People with long skinny eyes look best with tortter, retro, galatico and pinup eye liner and of course everyone can pull off simple. Big eyes look best with adbo, and duran (my favorite). Small eyes should stick to simple eye liners because sometimes it just looks like too much.
Also your water line (the area between your lower lashes and your eye ball) should always be colored, small eyes should use white eye liner here because it makes the eye look larger, also this trick works good if you are feeling, and looking tired). Big eyes are safe to wear anything but its good to stick to your suggested color for your eye color or the color you choose to use on your eye lid.
